Esseco anti-floret tablets for demijohns are an innovative product containing allyl isosulfocyanate (mustard essence) supported on food-grade paraffin. These 1-gram tablets are designed to prevent the formation of florets in containers holding 20 to 200 liters of wine.

Characteristics:

• Contains allyl isosulfocyanate
• Supported on food grade paraffin
• Prevents the development of microorganisms responsible for the floretta
• Dosage: 1 tablet of 1 gram at 0.5% isosulfocyanate
• To be replaced every month

During use, the mustard essence slowly evaporates from the paraffin support, saturating the air space above the wine and thus preventing the development of microorganisms responsible for the appearance of mustard bloom.
