The clarifier "Enoclar B" produced by Ingroferr is ideal for oenological use. Its composition includes atomized gelatin, egg albumin, powdered bentonite and activated carbon. This combination of ingredients allows for rapid clarification of wines, significantly reducing the volumes of lees.
